Far Isles BC - Research Society
"Common Law"

1. This is a Medieval Research Group formed to encourage the study of the life and times between 450 and 1450.
1.a. Persona creation and representation is required.
1.b. Active participation in the group's activities is required.

2. We refer to the original constitution set down by Far Isle Medieval Society when in doubt or the subject is not cleared by these rules. All Canadian, B.C. and Local Civic laws will be upheld.

3. One of the aims of Far Isles BC - Research Society is the well-being of the Children. To that end, the group's events will predominantly be of a nature suitable for Children to attend.
3.a. The Educational and Sporting activities will have structure that allows all ages to participate.
3.b. Behavior unsuitable to children's ears or eyes will not be tolerated.
3.c. Children, keeping in mind that they are children, shall be expected to conduct themselves in a respectful manner towards people, pets and property. Parents are responsible for the behavior and care of their children at all times.

4. Members bringing Guests to events are responsible for the behavior of said guests. Members must have guests read these rules and, when signing a guest into an event, will affirm (by their signature) their guests' understanding of these rules.
